All groups requesting non-profit status may be asked to provide valid proof

1 and ½ hour minimum rental on weeknights & 3 hour minimum on weekends

Internal users must reserve through the Rental Office and assume additional caretaking and technician/equipment costs if applicable

1 additional caretaking hour charged per use of gym or classroom

School Board Technician is required for the duration of auditorium rentals. $34/hr. Additional charges may apply for any additional time or equipment needed

2 additional caretaking hours charged per use of auditorium, cafeteria or pool

Request’s for special rates must be received a minimum of 3 months prior to occupation and accepted by Equipment Services Department
